About

We are Daventry Squash Club

The premier venue for Squash in and around Northamptonshire.

Situated in the market town of Daventry, Squash has been played at the Stefan Hill site since 1973.  Conveniently located on the edge of town and close to major roads, we are also just 20 minutes drive from Northampton and Rugby.

A diverse, unpretentious and vibrant membership enjoys the very best the sport can offer – fun, friendship, competition and fitness on our world-class court facilities.

We are affiliated to England Squash and are regular hosts of both county and national tournaments.

We are a constituent part of the registered charity Daventry and District Sports Trust https://daventrysportsclub.co.uk,  and share our site with athletics, Rugby Union, bowls, archery, gym and enjoy the used of a fully licensed bar.

Kelly is positive and optimistic about the future of Squash, especially with the facilities and opportunities offered at Daventry.

Tim Dunkley

Club Captain

Tim has been playing Squash since the late seventies, for much of it representing the now sadly closed Dallington in the county leagues, often as team captain.

Tim brings a deep knowledge and understanding of team Squash.  Together with his unbridled enthusiasm, he is focussed on contributing to the growth and success of Northants Squash Centre.

Tim is a fabrication engineer and very much likes to “get things done.”
